Advantages of vacuum soundproof glass
1. Sound insulation:
The vacuum layer of the vacuum glass effectively blocks the transmission of sound. The sound insulation amount of the vacuum glass can reach 39DB, the composite vacuum glass can reach 42DB, and the hollow glass is about 28DB.
2. Insulation:
The heat transmission is achieved through three ways: heat conduction, convection and thermal radiation. Vacuum glass has almost no gas molecules because there is a vacuum layer. Therefore, heat transfer and current heat transfer are greatly reduced. At the same time, low-radiation film (LOW-E) glass has also greatly improved thermal radiation performance.
