Process of Heat Soaked Test
1. Heating stage

The heating starts from the ambient temperature of the glass and stops when all the glass reaches 280℃. The surface temperature of the glass is not allowed to exceed 320℃. The time when the surface of the glass exceeds 300℃ should be shortened as much as possible, which requires us to heat more evenly.
2. Insulation stage

After all the glass reaches 280 degrees Celsius, the insulation is turned on for at least two hours to keep the surface temperature of the glass within the range of 290℃±10℃.
3. Cooling stage

After the insulation is completed, the cooling stage is entered to let the glass cool to room temperature. When the temperature in the furnace drops to 70℃, the furnace door can be opened to terminate the cooling output.
